I guess we have to admit it… we love smoked salmon, and use it often on sandwiches. Over the years we’ve posted many variations that might seem similar, but all serve as a reminder of how easy it can be to add variation to your sandwiches by just changing a few key ingredients. This is no different.
Recipe
- 1 slice of bread
- 1/4 lemon
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1 tsp pesto mayo
- 2-3 slices smoked salmon
Toast the bread until it’s warm and slightly golden brown. Squeeze half the lemon juice into the bread so it can soak it up, then add slices of smoked salmon on top. Spread the pesto-mayo on top. Slice or dice the red bell pepper to finish off the sandwich.
